ABOUT THE ROLE
Here at Elfie, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join our digital health-tech startup.

In your new role, you will be accountable for shaping the creation of a mid-long term digital marketing strategy, ensuring that patients and users of our unique digital solution remain engaged and excited about regularly self-monitoring their chronic diseases.


Responsible for managing the digital engagement team, you will be the pin that pulls the vision of the founders together with the overall creation and selection of exciting digital marketing strategies that are globally aligned and locally relevant.

What you'll do:Develop robust strategies for user digital engagement that are globally aligned and locally relevant, with the goal of improving user acquisition and engagement Nurture and develop relationships with all relevant key partners and vendors including KOL's, consumer brands, & device companies Inspire and manage the digital engagement team, being accountable for setting priorities and coordinating deadlines and timelines effectively to meet objectives Use your influencing power to negotiate low-cost or free initiatives, rewards and relationships with partners/vendors to optimise the ROI Leverage internal resources and efficiently set priorities to ensure that timely progress is made on key digital engagement implementations in the Elfie app
What you'll need:Demonstrable experience building high-impact overall regional or global strategies for digital consumer engagement, ideally in corporate consumer brand environments or a health related start-up Significant operational background in developing robust in-app CRM strategies Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing would help you in this role, but this is not essential Previous experience managing high performing digital marketing teams, ideally in the health/scientific industry Ability to easily sift through analytics and data to find important engagement/retention trends and use the information to pivot your strategy to retain focus on the main objective Demonstrable stakeholder relationship management skills.

You will need to be comfortable influencing senior business executives and high level partners
