The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in supporting our sales team succeed. Your duties will include providing operational support, data entry and liaising with external partner teams, among others.

Responsibilities:

Assist Zenyum's sales team by streamlining processes to ensure timely updates to the sale funnel.
Updating data and reports in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
Liaise with dental partners to ensure smooth uploading and troubleshooting of files
Liaise with case operations to ensure timely and swift deployment of treatment plans.
Support basic analytics and CRM troubleshooting.
