- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences within the women's fashion market.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Merchandising, Design, and Ecommerce, to curate a compelling product assortment that appeals to the target audience.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to segment the women's audience effectively and personalize marketing efforts based on preferences and purchasing patterns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and continually optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Plan and execute engaging promotions, seasonal events, and collaborations to generate excitement and brand loyalty within the women's fashion segment.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful visual assets and content that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's identity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to expand brand reach and gain exposure.
- Utilize customer feedback and insights to enhance the shopping experience for women customers and address pain points in the buyer journey.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, marketing technologies, and emerging digital platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, trends, and future strategies to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 3 years in growth marketing, brand marketing, or marketing management within the fashion retail industry, with a specific focus on the women's category.
- Deep knowledge of the women's fashion market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in driving category growth and achieving business objectives through innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for storytelling and brand messaging.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Passionate about the fashion industry and staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.
- Previous experience in e.g., women's footwear, accessories, athleisure, etc., is a plus.
