Mô Tả Công Việc:


  • Support Center Director in making yearly business plan and detail into monthly/quarterly action plan
  • Provide support to departments/units in completing their plans and make sure their alignment with the center plan
  • Attend relevant meetings; note down mentioned tasks of departments, directives of the Director, any agreed deliverables and follow up these tasks
  • Make timeline and deliverables of projects/ plans/ assignments/ tasks
  • Coordinate with relevant departments/ units and people to assure the key deliverables of projects/ plans/ assignments on schedule and within allocated budget
  • Track deliverables of department's projects
  • Update the Director on progress/ status of assigned tasks and report timely any arising issues and propose changes (if any)
  • Maintain the smoothness of the information flow between departments/ units to get timely updated on operations, avoid duplicated projects and optimize resources of the center
  • Review and delegate proposals and reports of departments (if any); verify doubted information/ data before reporting to the Director and collect related information/ data as requested by the Director.
  • Establish and maintain close rapports with all relevant parties such as other divisions, centers, departments, units, vendors, etc. in order to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:


_Experience:
_


  • University Graduate, preferably Economics, Finance or relating area
  • At least 02 years' experience working in business coordination or related fields, preferably working in Banking or Finance Institution
  • Understanding about banking projects

_Skills:
_


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in both verbal and writing communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Good planning skill and time management skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Accuracy and detail attention
