Our client is a foreigninvested company, now looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (Stamps, Labels, $1500, ID13910)
Manage Customer Sercive team (work assignment, personnel management, team building, training.)
Report: Synthesize detailed reports to be sent to Japan periodically, summarize claims
Make countermeasures with the Director and the Japanese parent company
Handling work with other departments (contracts, complaints, import, export,...)
Support to deploy new software system for customers (order management software)

Requirement:

; Age: 32-45

Graduated university
Have more than 5 years of experience, of which at least 2 years in a management position (Experience in customer service is preferred)
