ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead innovation, 5S saving projects in HCL and Food from idea, design, project cost estimation, procurement, installation, testing and handover to achieve project KPI in cost, quality, time.
  • Liaise with BU and BG engineering to align on solution to modify/ upgrade or new machine/technology to run new product/ increase capacity.
  • Working with all related functions such as Safety, Quality, Production, R&Dto make sure all machine modification/ upgrading or new machines comply with Unilever standards.
  • Working with Procurement to execute project procurement plan: URS, PR, Technical evaluation, PO
  • Manage contractor to ensure Unilever safety standards are met when they execute project in factory.
  • Build contractor capability to meet Unilever standard.
  • Guide and build capability for project technician in term of technical knowledge, project management

REQUIREMENT

  • Possess over 5 years of experience as Project Engineer in FMCG companies is much preferred.
  • Good knowledge of engineering, project management, SHE, hygienic design
  • Proficiency in ACAD, M/S Works including M/S projects;
  • English fluency, both oral and written skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good at bidding and supplier evaluation; and stakeholder management
