- Generate outbound leads of SMEs in different industries from various sources
- Respond to and maintain a high conversion rate from inbound leads
- Actively manage pipeline and develop sales activities through CRM
- Identify target accounts for new outbound sales and marketing campaigns
- Meet and exceed the opportunity and revenue target quotas
- Collaborate with Account, Partnership, Marketing teams and other teams

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience ideally experiences in SME, B2B Sales Development
- Telesales skill is a plus
- English written & speaking is a must
- Familiar with cold calling hungry for results
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced environment, with proactive and resultoriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication & negotiation skills (verbal & written)
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota
