Job Responsibilities- Track timekeeping, track leaves, calculate salary- Manage personnel records, manage probationary contracts, labor contracts, re-sign labor contracts- Handle resignation procedures for employees properly- Monitor and declare increases and decreases in social insurance for employees- Be in charge of administrative tasks when they arise- Other tasks as requested by superiors Necessary Skill / Experience ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law・Language: English - Business Level・Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as an HR in any industry
