Job summary:

Our client, an multinational specialized in electromagnetic components is looking for a Business Development Executive in Vietnam.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting studies on markets and client segments, contribute to market strategies, and identify new opportunities.
  • Driving business according to corporate's initiative to meet target budgetary.
  • Building up strong project pipelines especially new opportunities in the assigned territory, understand competition with a clear plan on how to secure the projects.
  • Leading monthly project review with distributors to monitor the situation and providing advises to stimulate more sales number.
  • Developing partnership with new partner or distributor including proposing business term and condition to expand business base.
  • Maintaining relationship with existing distributors or customers to ensure prompt support and sustain our existing business base by actively joint customer visit with distributors. provide market intelligence feedback to management.
  • Creating strategic account development plan with partners or distributors. Joint exhibition and seminar to promote our client products.
  • Providing frontline consultative support to distributor and customers to ensure well structure of solving process.
  • Using CRM for recording visitreport and opportunities as well as SAP/Intranet to pull out required information or raise any requisition for sales related activities.
  • Following up overdue payment with distributors or customers.
  • Preparing quotation for specific projects whenever required
  • Providing feedback to management team for any specific assignment.

Experience requirements:


  • Minimum 35 years experiences in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, and presenting in English
  • Willingness to learn new things with cando attitude.
  • Work independently with selfmotivation.
  • Strong relationship buildup, negotiation, and consultative selling skill.
  • Strong analytical skills with high commitment
  • Able to travel upcountry or abroad when required.

Education requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronic would be a plus, marketing or related fields.
