We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our UX team (Zalo Mobile App) and will be responsible for designing digital assets that reflect ZALO's brand and identity and contribute to improve the user experience.

You will work with UI/UX designers, Creative Team, Product Owner,to research, brainstorm, propose innovative design concepts, create visual strategies and high-quality deliverables.

In addition, you will plan to design materials for internal team on special occasions, building team culture.

UI/UX designers, Creatives, UXW, Project Owner.


What you will do:


  • Research and propose innovative design concepts and industry design trends;
  • Plan and research to rebrand Zalo's brand identity, through consistent visual style;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create visual strategies and highquality deliverables, including but not limited to app banner, illustrations, UI motion;
  • Explain creative ideas and present design concepts with strong communication skills;
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining highquality work;
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across user touchpoints;
  • Provide feedback and direction to collaboration/ junior designers to maintain the quality of work;
  • QC freelancer work on special operations;
  • Plan and design materials (e.g., team's uniform, special event such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, etc.) for internal UX team;

What you will need:


  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or similar Visual Design;
  • Experience: 23 years working experience in graphic design/ industry design, either freelance or in a lager company;
  • Uptodate knowledge and proficiency with design tools (Figma & Adobe CC Suites);
  • Digital illustration skill (create vector assets);
  • Strong sense and understanding of current design trends;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of designing for digital and print executions;
  • Ability to explain creative ideas and present design concepts;
  • Strong communication skills to interact, collaborate with internal teams;
  • Ability to multitask and manage project priorities to meet deadlines, without compromising quality;
  • Good at motion design, experienced with Lottie is a great advantage;
  • Highly selfmotivated, positive, detailoriented, cando attitude and forwardthinking;
  • Working smarter, not harder.
