What We Can Offer:

1.提供财务和会计团队的领导、指导和管理
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
2.负责审核会计核算工作,审核会计凭证;
Responsible for reviewing accounting work and reviewing accounting vouchers;
3.负责编制财务会计报表、税务报告和预算执行报告等;
Responsible for the preparation of financial and accounting statements, tax reports and budget execution reports, etc;
4.负责组织检查分支机构财务制度执行情况、内部控制落实情况,编制财务检查报告;
Responsible for organizing and inspecting the implementation of the financial system and internal control of branches, and preparing financial inspection reports;
5.负责监督分支机构落实财务制度及财务检查意见;
Responsible for supervising the implementation of financial systems and financial inspection opinions at the branches;
6.负责确保公司的风险与合规管理框架得到落实和运作.
Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.
7.审查所有正式的财务、人力资源和 IT 相关程序.
Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

8.

确保遵守相关监管实体(例如:
财务会计准则委员会、国税局、银行、法定机构等)

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, banks, statutory bodies, etc).
9.负责上级领导交办的其他临时性工作
Responsible for other temporary work assigned by superior leaders
10.面试期间讨论的更具体的工作。

Job Requirements:

岗位要求/ QUALIFICATIONS /YÊU CẦU:
- 财务会计专业大学及以上学历

Bachelor degree graduation or above with major in Finance Accounting.

5年以上申请职位的经验

At least 5 years of experience working in relevant position.
- 熟悉中文4技能 - 懂英文者优先
Fluent in Chinese (4 skills)-Knowing English is a priority.
- 有管理和解决内部问题的能力.

Ability to manage and resolve internal issues
