- Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users, obtaining necessary signoffs.
- Coordinate with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain signoffs.
- Provide support during Go-live and Month-end closing for assigned functional areas, securing signoffs from clients.
- Document all essential materials following the implementation methodology.
- Establish a knowledge base for relevant solution matters to facilitate knowledge sharing and reference.
- Explore and acquire new skills, and actively engage in internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree from a university, with a major in BIS (Business Information System), Financial, and/or SCM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly in financial and/or SCM modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle project implementation.
- Experience in Project Management Accounting, Cost accounting, Expense, Assets Management, and/or HR and Payroll modules is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English at a working level.
- Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations certification is a plus.
- Presentation and communication skills are desirable.
