POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Certificate Requirements

Academic level:
College and above

Major:
Estate Management, Business (Marketing) or its equivalent.

Language:
Can speak English/ Japanese

Computer:
Proficient in the use of office software

Required Experience/Knowledge

Expertise:
Have experience in leasing and marketing of Business Park, industrial and office spaces will be preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in leasing and marketing of real estate.

Requirements for qualities, personality/skills, abilities

Skill:
Team player who possesses good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability

Capture work quickly, manage, organize and implement scientific and optimal work.
