COCOMI (Formerly Norbreeze Timepieces) was established in 2004 and is a leading accessible luxury Watch and Jewellery Distributor in Southeast Asia.

COCOMI operates more than 20 stores (direct and indirect) in Singapore & Malaysia.

Further, the company manage all sales channels, such as wholesale, ecommerce, and travel retailers, and is an omnichannel retailer of the world's leading accessible luxury watch brands, such as AUGUST BERG, BERING, BOSS, COACH, DANIEL WELLINGTON, HUGO, LACOSTE, MVMT, OLIVIA BURTON, TOMMY HILFIGER, CALVIN KLEIN, and others.


COCOMI is envisioned to become Asia's leading omni-channel retailer for affordable luxury watches and jewelry brands, mostly preferred by Gen Z and Young Millennials.


THE ROLE

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws in Vietnam
  • Manage the company's tax planning and compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including lenders, and auditors
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity
  • Identify and manage financial risks
  • Work with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and uptodate
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Assist with adhoc financial and administrative projects as needed

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA/CA preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as a finance manager or similar role in Vietnam
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices in Vietnam
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
