You as a Sales Admin Assistant will be part of Hitachi Energy at Hanoi, Vietnam.
To provide reliable/ support in the sales, marketing, sales operation, and admin activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Administration: Assist the Product Marketing Dept. managers in all daily secretarial and administrative tasks. Arrange logistics and supplies required for Sales operations. Schedule meeting, arrange travel and accommodation for the whole dept as required. Prepare presentation materials as well as to take minutes of meetings as required. Provide precise translation/ interpretation services.
  • Sales/Marketing Support,

Contract Management:
Prepare/consolidate reports as required. Compile and manage customer & sales database as required. Update SFDC, configure CPQ as required. Conduct hand-over of simple won orders according to instruction. Manage and file all tender/order document as required. Maintain and update tender support document, presentation. Coordinate marketing activities as required, instructed. Coordinate and complete tender supporting documents. Support for accreditation/factory audit/pre-qualification process as instructed.

  • Order Handling: Verify the eligibility of order documents. SAP booking/SO filling/OR maintaining as per procedures/instructions Involve in change of order booking system if any.
  • Others: Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager.
Your background

  • Education: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trades, English or relevant area.
  • Experience: At least 1 year relevant experience. Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
  • Must be selfmotivated, detail oriented and customers focus.
  • Able to multitasks and work under pressure.
  • Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, Power Point.
  • Experience in SAP is preferable.
