Your Opportunity


You will be creating the legacy of Bacardi in Vietnam, driving key decisions that will significantly affect the country level commercial operations.- As the face of Bacardi, you will be responsible for leading Route to Freedom and set up Bacardi Vietnam.

You will oversee the Channel and Customer sales teams, as well as the co-ordination between Bacardi co-packers and third-party distributors.


About You


Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be a key strength, as will be your ability to work seamlessly within a matrix organisation, and partner with Hub Category Teams, Country Consumer and Customer Marketing teams and influencing, whilst developing a diverse commercial team.

You will have excellent commercial acumen and as a Bacardi leader will share our passion for our vision and purpose to drive your marketing forward.


Responsibilities:


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

  • Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget
  • Take ownership of Commercial capability development in the Country, in close coordination with Hub CommercialDevelopment Manager and drive improvements in results as measured by the Commercial Capability Scorecard
  • Drive the IAP and keep the price increase in line with IAP guideline
  • Shape and deliver the customer and channel strategy of the Country to maximize long term value to the company
  • Align all primos behind the targets and create a passion for winning in the organization
  • Develop primos and elevate capability across functional & technical competence.
  • Drive commitment to recommended plans by influencing key market, region and global stakeholders
Skills and Experience


The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

  • 15 years of Experience of a leadership role in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment preferably international role as Sales Director in a leading FMCG Company
  • Expertise in Customer Marketing through first hand experience in the function at national leadership level
  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial
  • Proficiency in English language skills
  • Experience in managing P&Ls and using this information to drive performance
  • Strong verbal, presentation & written skills. Confidence to influence at all levels in an organization.
  • Spirits industry knowledge is desired
