DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

  • Responsible for lead target planning, monitoring & calibrating of overall mass recruitment efforts at SPX & each sourcing channel
  • Conduct continuous lead generation analysis to track & monitor the effectiveness of leadsourcing efforts, and continuously improve the process
  • Synchronize closely with the Mass Recruitment team to identify improvement areas in the recruitment process, develop action plans to fix, and then lead multiple projects to implement changes & optimize outcomes
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation's target, KPI progress and present insights with actionable recommendations to higher management
  • Other tasks as assigned by team lead

Requirements:


  • At least 1 years of team management experience
  • At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in Project Management, Marketing other relevant experience(s)
  • Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and business acumen is a must
  • Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure
  • Willing to be handson with strong project management and executional abilities
  • Proven leadership capabilities, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
