Your role:


  • The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's overall supply chain strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and improve operation excellence. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors, distributors and authorities and cross departments/ functions.

Key accountabilities:


Planning:


  • Develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies; Coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands;
  • Conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated; Execute demand flow verification processes, engage in short
- and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and manufacturing coordination;

  • Direct the Planning function ensuring the factory adequately plans to meet our customers demand; Enhance Demand & Supply planning to a longer horizon (36 rolling months) with business scenarios for business decision making;
  • Lead the Supply Chain team in continuous improvement for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) project, S&OP execution, MRP II and Regional integrated planning.
  • Drive Planning team be responsible for partnering with other Business functions to develop and continuously improve the overall planning effectiveness.

Warehouse
&
Logistics:


  • Promote the design, development, and implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions to support business growth;
  • Manage internal and external warehousing costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies to meet business requirement;
  • Establish and adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands, production schedules, established workflows and OSHA safety guidelines;
  • Direct a inventory strategies for finish goods, materials, spare part, mouldand ensure a secure
- storages are in place; warehouse and inventory process are strictly established and controlled;

  • Ensure smooth and effective importexport, transportation and delivery to customers at highest service level; Liaise with local authorities for importexport activities.

Procurement:


  • Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and costeffective to ensure a sustainable and flexible supply for business growth.
  • Drive Procurement team in sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors; Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive price and advantageous terms;
  • Establish strategic processes in researching new products and services to meet company's goals; Identifying and researching potential new suppliers.
  • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements and approve purchase request, purchase orders and effectively manage supplier relationship;
  • Ensure all materials and services purchased is at the best possible cost, quality

People development:


  • To develop team, succession plan for each function. Ensure all SC people have equal opportunity to grow their career. Review the performance gaps and work with HR on the development plan;
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results;

Build a Strong Safety Culture:


  • Ensure risk/hazard assessment is in place and implement strict safety rule & regulation on people, mobile equipment's and other tools. Stress the need of zero harm in supply chain operation;
  • Become a safety leader by always demonstrating safe behaviors and driving a culture of safety among the organization.

Requirement:


  • University graduate in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or sciences
  • Over 15 years of Supply Chain progressive experiences particularly in Planning, Logistics & Procurement 5 years in Supply Chain managerial position
