Responsibilities:

Onboarding new clients for the noncustodial service
Verifying, reconciling, and importing of historical asset data into client portfolios
Valuation and pricing of noncustodial assets
Daily bank reconciliation for noncustodial assets
Executing and reviewing monthly fee process
Reconciling and processing income tax component adjustments
Preparation and auditing of annual tax reports in respect of noncustodial assets
Establishing and refining operating procedures
User acceptance testing for system upgrades and other features and defects
Managing the daytoday tasks and performance of the Vietnam based team members
Contributing to process improvements (for both procedures and systems) in relation to the noncustodial assets

Requirements:

Attention to detail including the clarifying the detail of tasks, checking inputs and outputs for accuracy and completeness
Strong understanding of investments, including securities, bonds, managed funds, international securities and other unlisted assets
Strong working knowledge of investment administration, including initial investments, redemptions, capital call payments, committed capital, valuations, distributions, corporate actions
Previous experience working in roles relating investor directed portfolio services, superannuation platforms
Strong written English communication skills and sufficient oral communication skills to be able to communicate effectively within the team
Customer relations experience (developing and building relationships)
Willingness and ability to train and guide new starters
Ability to contribution to the creation and refinement of operating procedures.
