Responsibilities:


  • Onboarding new clients for the noncustodial service
  • Verifying, reconciling, and importing of historical asset data into client portfolios
  • Valuation and pricing of noncustodial assets
  • Daily bank reconciliation for noncustodial assets
  • Executing and reviewing monthly fee process
  • Reconciling and processing income tax component adjustments
  • Preparation and auditing of annual tax reports in respect of noncustodial assets
  • Establishing and refining operating procedures
  • User acceptance testing for system upgrades and other features and defects
  • Managing the daytoday tasks and performance of the Vietnam based team members
  • Contributing to process improvements (for both procedures and systems) in relation to the noncustodial assets

Requirements:


  • Attention to detail including the clarifying the detail of tasks, checking inputs and outputs for accuracy and completeness
  • Strong understanding of investments, including securities, bonds, managed funds, international securities and other unlisted assets
  • Strong working knowledge of investment administration, including initial investments, redemptions, capital call payments, committed capital, valuations, distributions, corporate actions
  • Previous experience working in roles relating investor directed portfolio services, superannuation platforms
  • Strong written English communication skills and sufficient oral communication skills to be able to communicate effectively within the team
  • Customer relations experience (developing and building relationships)
  • Willingness and ability to train and guide new starters
  • Ability to contribution to the creation and refinement of operating procedures.
