**N/ADrive the business turnaround project for clinics including strategic planning, implementing improvement projects, oversight clinics operation, and troubleshooting.
Support new clinics development projects such as getting involved in medical, financial and operational planning.

Business Partner and Business Development:


Coordinate with the market department to analyze the market to identify and propose market development opportunities for new services and technologies.

Analysis of cooperation opportunities to explore market development opportunities for new services and technologies.
Determine a plan in line with the strategy of the Group and the Clinics from time to time.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement the business plan upon approval from the GCEO.

Analytical assessment of the process/method/practice based on priorities at each strategic point in time with the goal of Patient Focus to introduce necessary changes to improve the patient experience sick.

Synthesize projects related to continuous improvement, prioritize and assist hospitals in implementing continuous improvement.


Collaborate with stakeholders to propose a model of care that aligns with the Operational Excellence strategy and define the mission, requirements, and roles in delivering the patient experience, including ensuring the patient receives relevant information for care as well as participates in the improvement of Hoan clinic's processes.

Develop and participate in activities to get feedback from patients for service quality, care model, and operations.
Develop and publish indicators of patient experience including activity index, and index's target.
Learn, update, and comply with labor rules, code of conduct, regulations, and procedures of the clinics.
Participate in the implementation of capacity improvement projects of the whole clinic together with other departments and divisions.


Requirements:

MBA or equivalent.
Prior experience working in a Medical Corporation, Hospital or Clinic is required.
8-10 years of experience in Hospital Management, Business Administration.

In particular, there are at least 5 years of business management areas (region) or equivalent experience/Head of Operations of multi-functions and above 300-employees organization.

Be good at understanding the multicultural organization, relationships, and structures/processes between the different functions in a company.
Knowledge of Hospital Management and Operations.
Knowledge of legal regulations related to hospital operations.
Knowledge of medical examination and treatment procedures at the hospital.
Experience in international hospital/healthcare accreditation.
Leadership skills, well-motivated team.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail. Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to transforming to business outcomes.
Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
Be good at communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English. Able to present attractively with a large group.

Base salary:
up to 5,000 USD gross.
