_ BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam Company Limited__ (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH._

  • BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-EnglishJapanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

Job Description:


Your main responsibility would be:


  • Be incharge of fullcycle of recruitment activities and delivering recruitment services
  • Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are achieved within the responsible Business Units by leveraging resources within the location
  • Support hiring managers on recruitment related policies, processes and skills to ensure their understanding and compliance with the policies and processes, as well as develop their hiring capabilities
  • Keep close communication with the hiring manager to understand the job requirement, provide consultancy to hiring managers about searching strategy, define the assessment processes tools with the hiring manager and update the hiring manager about hiring status.
  • Conduct HR face to face or phone interviews, facilitate the panel discussion and provide valuable hiring advice to hiring managers to ensure the hiring quality
  • Communicate with the Recruitment Agency and ensure the correct understanding of job requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy together
  • Participate in campus activities as well as fresh graduate recruitment events
  • Understand external talent market movement and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels.
  • Prepare different reports to meet the status update need.
  • Participate or lead recruitment and/or any other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Having 13 year(s) experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition (IT domain is preferred)
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hard working, resultoriented, cando attitude
  • Be able to work under high pressure, able to prioritize workload with good time management
  • Proactiveness, excellentservice mind set orientation, good human sense, enthusiastic and positive thinking
  • Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, team work, flexible thinking, building relationships.
