Job Description:


  • Align with & Transfer from AcM/Sales during acquisition phase completing
  • Handling sample order from customers, coordinating with sample shops
  • Manage project team to achieve project goals and KPIs (Time, Specs, Quality, Cost, Budget, Profit, etc.) incl. perform relevant Quality Gates
  • Coordinate and Monitor the communication internal & external (supplier, customer)
  • Create customer projects documents & stake holders management

Qualifications:


  • 3 or more years of experience on working with external parties (supplier/customers)
  • Understanding of automotive project management processes
  • Experience in all project phases (initiation, planning, execution & control, closing) especially in global team environment is a plus
  • PMP, PMQ certificate: optional
  • MS Project, Ms. Office (especially Ms. PowerPoints for reporting)
  • Experience with Bosch system tools (iGPMMCR, Sales Force, ePC2.0, OneQ, DROP, eSAMOS, etc.) is a plus
  • Web/App UI design tools (Power BI) preferred if any
  • Excellent communicative skills & cooperative skills (in verbal and in writing; internal and external, in multicultural team
  • Stakeholder management to secure strong relationship and support
  • Cultural sensitivity and empathy regarding intensive cooperation with multiregional & multicultural colleagues, parties
  • Ownership/Highly responsible, passion, and decisiveness
