Job Requirements

Being responsible for achieving agency recruitment target by identifying recruitment issues; defining the appropriate approach for solutions; executing strategic plans to achieve final goals
Analyzing data metrics report to segmentize agency force by cohorts and provide action plans accordingly
Organizing periodical agency recruitment events to drive recruitment result
Tracking results and analyzing reports in order to improve selection process while increasing new recruits
Develop, design & deliver practical recruitment programs to improve & enhance recruitment performance
Study & propose difference schemes relevant to each Sales Region, to achieve total recruitment target
Lead & conduct recruitment activities for nationwide agency force
Lead and manage all operations and activities in Agency Recruitment
Work closely with Territory Heads to provide appropriate supports to enhance industrial leaders recruitment result
Support leader recruits with on-boarding process to fast start their jobs
Improve the habit of leader recruitment of agency force
Manage daily work to complete assigned tasks.

Work Experience

University or master's degree
At least 5-10 years working experiences in life insurance industry
Excellent knowledge of Life insurance, sales management, sales analysis, sales planning, database management
Having experiences in recruiting and developing agency managers
Effective time management skill - ability to plan, prioritize and deliver multiple assignments.
Good communication skill with different stakeholders, especially with senior management team
Team-work spirit and collaboration skill
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skill
Excellent presentation skill
Strong Chubb Value alignment - Integrity, Client Focus, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence
Having experiences in field force is preferable
