Job Description:


  • Working with the Business Development Manager to achieve targets established in the annual sales plan
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Use of CRM
  • Lead qualification
  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Reach out and get meeting to customer leads through cold calling
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Deal with customer complaints by investigating issues and come up with solutions
  • Handle the query effectively; Demonstrated politely and professionally
  • Develop relationships with trainers
  • Issuing proposals and contracts
  • Closing the deal/ contracts
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to BDM/BOD
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Cooperating and supporting sales team members in client meetings.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships both inside and outside the department in company
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Other task within scope of professional ability as per request from BDM/BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Good computer skills (MS office)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience selling training programmes would be an advantage
