We are currently looking for a
Business Analyst/Product Analyst Lead** who will:

Take the lead in working with Business Partners to capture and deeply understand the product's goals, business value, and target users.
Model product flows within business constraints to capture current business processes and define gaps between the expected product flow and current flows.
Define Product Requirements and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate communication, defining and aligning both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure their understanding aligns with the product concept, workflows, and requirements, and follow up throughout the product development process to ensure developed features align with the product vision.
Follow up and support team members in various projects related to expertise problems.

Your skills and experience:

And here are a few captivating qualities that we are eagerly seeking in you, which will make you stand out from the rest:

Have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roles
Demonstrate practical expertise in requirements analysis, modeling, and diagramming
Show proven ability to work effectively with various business stakeholders.
Leadership experience with a team of 35 members is a plus
Exhibit a genuine passion for the development of digital products.
Possess a logical mindset and keen attention to detail
