  • Work with each department in the company to set a separate budget for each department and aggregate it all to form the overall budget of the company.
  • Based on the percentage of financial resources used by each division, conduct an examination and evaluate the costeffectiveness of each department in the company.
  • Prepare internal financial reports for the Board of Directors and assist them in making accurate and effective decisions
  • Build, update and maintain financial models and provide detailed forecasts of the company's future performance.
  • Compare the results achieved with the budget and make forecasts and perform analysis to explain why there is a difference in performance and take measures for future improvement.
  • Make a growth plan for each period, with specific targets on capital and investment. Provide financial projections for a period of 3 to 5 years.
  • Provide analysis and advice on the most effective use of the company's financial resources.

Yêu cầu công việc:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent. FP&A certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related position.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve objectives with mínimal supervision.
  • Show good communication and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in oral and written communication in English. Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects.
