Our client is a foreigninvested company, now looking for a Factory Director (Garment, $2500, ID12077)
Manage all factory production activities, including planning and implementing a strategic manufacturing plan to meet the company's objectives.
Keep track of the use of machine, products and materials arrangement, warehouse, ect in accordance with factory's management range
In charge of managing and evaluating employees's performance, organize training courses to foster competency and professional skills
Develop comprehensive shortterm, midterm and longterm development plan for the factory.
Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
Manage manufacturing performance, control all production and financial data to minimize loss
Directly report to BOD, responsible for all aspects of factory to BOD
Complete other assigned tasks.

Graduated from university or higher
At least 05 years of experience in similar positions at manufacturing garment company (with company size from 1000 employees)
Good comunication in English
