Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Preferably with Master9s degree or Doctoral degree in related field;
  • With relevant trainings in the respective field of expertise or position
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience
  • Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to procurement/contracts specialist in infrastructure projects.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

- procurement: 10 years (required)
