Job descriptions:

  • Work with Company development/production team and factories to ensure the seasonal development/production process.
  • Responsible for transferring tech pack and knowledge to factories; Conducting pre-production/commercialization process.
  • Achieving each milestone of product development, commercialization, and production.
  • Functioning in areas of shoe pattern, tooling, lasting, materials and production techniques.
  • Assisting shoe factory production line to achieve company technical request and quality standard.

Specific Requirement:

  • Willing to learn and grow with company.
  • Base in Haiphong, HungYen, ThaiBinh, able to travel.
3 At least 5 years' experience as a shoe developer or technician.


  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Good Communication & Leadership skill.

Salary:
Up to 81,000,000₫ per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hải Phòng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
