Define and implement strategic plans for DevOps teams comprising - 6 members.

Supervise task allocation within DevOps teams, including work assignments, projects, and programs. Provide oversight, review, and assessment of work outputs, methodologies, and procedures.
Play an integral role and take the lead in Cloud modernization endeavors.
Assume a central role and leadership in matters related to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD).
Identify challenging areas and implement strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Effectively communicate operational statuses and deliver regular reports. Oversee issue resolution and followthrough on required actions.
Hold accountability for assembling teams in alignment with growth demands.
Cultivate a culture of continual improvement across development and DevOps teams, nurturing a mindset geared towards ongoing advancement.

Possess a minimum of 6 years of comprehensive experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or SysOps roles. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a DevOps team. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Exhibit fluency in English, both in written and spoken forms. Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Groovy. Showcased expertise in DevOps and Agile engineering practices. Familiarity with tools like Jenkins and Octopus. Possess solid knowledge of Linux, VMware, databases, Networks, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Elasticsearch.
