Deputy General Director
Responsibility:
- Consulting and ensuring compliance with regulations (Vietnam and exporting countries) related to food safety, trademarks, labeling information, permits (certifications...), and importexport contracts.
- Actively reviewing and checking the compliance with content related to advertising activities of the group.
- Consulting, representing to participating in proceedings, resolving legal disputes related to advertising / importexport issues (if any).
- Research, update and systematize legal documents related to advertising/export.
- Building relationships with relevant state management agencies in the field of responsibility.
- Proactively offer new breakthrough solutions to serve the assessment and control activities related to the job/company in charge.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education/ Knowledge: LL.B / LL.M. Having a legal practicing certificate.
- Having 35 years of experience in legal affairs and in a similar position in manufacturing and trading FMCG companies.
- Knowledge of the law and legal environment for FMCG production and business
- Good communication skills and building good relationships with departments and divisions, companies in the group.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Analytical, synthesis, and consulting skills for the Board of Directors, and departments on production and business activities.
