Responsibilities:

1.Capacity Management

Demand Planning: Being a partner to sales teams to understand the demand that is expected
Supply Planning: Provide WAREHOUSE departments with capacity expectations
Bridging the gap between departments and overall operational impacts
Identifying bottlenecks in capacity and working with stakeholders to alleviate these potential issues

2. Asset Utilization

Measure and monitor the utilization of assets
Identification of asset inefficiencies
Develop and lead project plans to increase and better asset utilization
Support in Decision making in asset/infrastructure investments such as the selection of key cross dock facilities/ automation projects

3.Risk
management and performance reporting

Develop indicators and measures to best understand impact on Costs and Warehouse Speed
Develop stress testing scenarios
Capacity Audits

Requirements:

Data analysis, Data report and project management
Bachelor's Degree
Data Analytics, Project Management, Problem Solving, Modelling (Both financial and non)

Ninja Van Vietnam Office, 307/21 Nguyen Van Troi, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
