Job description:

_Bookkeeping and tax return support_

  • I provide services to meet your needs from bookkeeping to balance sheet / tax return creation.

_ Annual audit support:_:


  • All foreign corporations must undergo an audit in Vietnam regardless of the size of the company. I offer audit support services in cooperation with local Vietnam accounting firms. Together with this, I provide audit reports and management letters in Japanese.

_Overseas expansion consulting_

  • I provide services in a wide range of areas from studies of countries targeted for expansion to actual establishment procedures and followup on accounting tax after establishment.

_M&A and corporate reorganization consultation_:

  • I provide services to meet your needs, including scheme construction, as well as due diligence, corporate value evaluations and implementation procedures support.

_Transfer price tax system consulting_:

  • I appropriately respond while talking with you about the transfer price tax system that has been attracting increasing attention in Vietnam (e.g. transfer price document creation and transfer price policy formulation).

_Consulting relating to fund transfers between parent companies and subsidiaries_:

  • I provide support from both tax and procedure aspects in regards to the financial remittance of dividends and parent company/subsidiary loans.

Job requirements:


  • Japanese skill over N2 degree.(Can consider even N3 level).
  • Experience in the accounting taxation field for over 5 years.
  • Must have one of these qualifications.
  • CPA, CTA, Chief Accountant.
