  • Operating the stamping machine
  • Design and repair stamping machine molds
  • Measure product dimensions with specialized machines
  • Improve machines, improve working efficiency
  • Product quality check
  • Responsible for Sheet metal progressive tool and production. independently
  • Troubleshooting Press tool problems
Responsible for Press tool Assembly

  • Understand and follow safety working with machines and safely handling heavy tools
  • Should possess Hands on experience and knowledge of working on conventional tool room machines
  • Ability to understand Engineering drawings, Press tool/Die design, Material specs.
  • Good knowledge of CNC process of Toolroom
  • EDM, VMC, Wirecut
  • Knowledge of CAD software, MS office
  • Maintain Toolroom documents and 5S
  • Ability to check Die/Press tool parts Hands on measuring instruments
  • Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge.
  • Should possess good knowledge of Sheetmetal stamping processes and die setup
  • Can visit vendors to get Job done, able to effectively communicate vendor

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field.
  • 25 years of experience working in engineering.
  • Can read technical drawings
  • Exceptional technical and problemsolving skills and reasoning ability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Must be selfmotivated and a great team worker.
  • English: 4 skills
