  • Quarterly incentive
Key Accounts Management

  • Manage the key accounts strategically in line with business orientation;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans (products/ distribution channel) to achieve sales target;
  • Set and communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals achievement;
  • Achieve agreed sales volume and get control of expenses.
Market Development

  • Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients and maintain good client relationships while building new ones;
  • Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals;
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs & forward these ideas, information, and needs to relating departments, including the marketing team, the creative team, project managers;
  • Address any necessary issues with potential clients before contracts are signed.
  • Understand and follow the competitive market situation.
Other Requirements

  • Ensure sales people know how to achieve set goals & adhere to the Company's Accounting and Administration policies and guidelines;
  • Lead and motivate the MT team in the incharge region.

Job Requirements:

General Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree, major in Business or related fields;
  • Fluency in English (Speaking);
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Key Success Factors

  • 5 years experience in Modern Trade sales, Electronic Consumers or related field;
  • Having good knowledge of markets, latest industry trends and the ability to articulate these trends clearly and confidently;
  • Scientific reporting experience.
Preferred Personal Characteristics

  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with a good business sense;
  • Proactive and being a team player when communicating at different organization levels.
