What We Can Offer:


  • Be responsible for the KPI of the North SAC Sales: sales revenue, profit, market share, inventory, etc.
  • Develop strategic plan for the team's sales achievement, included but not limited to sales policies, product and marketing plan, market penetration and expansion
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Product Directors, SCM, SVC, Marketing, Demand Planning, etc.) to ensure the sales plan to be on track and to solve arising problems promptly
  • Enhance the relationship with existing developers/contractors/project owners/M&E companies, as well as develop new business partners
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve assigned sales target, develop skills and teamwork
  • Report to Top Management

Job Requirements:


  • HVAC educational background
  • Experience in HVAC business in leader position for at least 07 years
  • Wide network with developer, contractor in North region
  • Good English communication comprehension
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
