What We Can Offer:
Navigos Search is a Japanese company, looking for a temporary Sales Support staff, who is:
- Handling sales suppporting work for the team
- Issuing documents required for cargo delivery to customers
- Data input: Inputting sales transaction data to SAP for the team
- Reporting: Preparing necessary monthly sales/expense reports for the team as required
- Administration work: Arrange car & hotels for visitors; make summary of internal expense such as telephone, car etc. and get General Manager confirmation
- Other jobs which are requested by General Manager
Job Requirements:
- University Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- English: business level
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Working experience and business knowledge of Trading business (Import/Export) can be advantage.
- Good skills of Microsoft Offices, expecially excels
- Positive, bright, careful, cooperative.
