Our client is one of the most prestigious finance companies in Vietnam, who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:

  • Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Advising on legal and regulatory issues related to third parties
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Managing litigation and regulatory investigations
  • Overseeing corporate governance matters, including shareholder relations and board governance
  • Acting as a liaison with external counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure the company's legal and regulatory obligations are met
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on strategic business decisions and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other transactions

Benefits:

BSc degree in Legal or related majors At least 10+ combined years of legal experience as an in-house corporate securities or governance counsel or in a top national or international law firm Exceptional oral and written communications skills and attention to detail Significance expertise in securities regulation and capital markets transactions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and private equity/venture capital financing transactions Demonstrated proficiency in working with and advising senior executives of an organization Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a legal team and work collaboratively with other members of the management team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
