- Play Technical Writer role for the QEHS function until rampup is finished and mass production is sustained.
- Supports QEHS trainers in training and coordinates the training plan for the Quality-EHS department as Quality local trainer.
- Control, register, and send Master Sample for Packing platform.
- Being part of growing LMV Operations in QEHS areas, making standard documentation available to the workforce.
- Support document alignment and management in LMV and Global QEHS.
- Perform and support QEHS training activities.
- Adapting and sharing best practices across the organisations.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- 1+ years experience in quality; prefer MNCs or companies with premium quality standards.
- A college or university degree with a major in (OR) Industrial System, Industrial management, Polymer, Moulding is preferred.
- MS Office, Communication, Presentation, Good Cooperation, Decision Making, and Trust Building
- Strong communication skills in verbal, nonverbal, and written
- Strong team player with flexible behaviors who is openminded, proactive, and supportive
- Systematic thinking and a sense of excellence
- Resultoriented with factbasedriven, dataoriented, and logical/analytical skills; detailoriented.
- Knowledge of production, experience of training + verification tasks
- Experience in practising Kaizen, SPC, SGA/QC in problem solving, quality improvement
- Intermediate English competencies or above
- Technical English knowledge is preferred
