  • The Social Media/Event Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, event plan to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience (followers), and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires expertise in website and social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube), content creation, community management, and analytics._

_1. Social Media Management_

  • Build and execute social media plan/strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Manage all corporate owned media channel such as: website, official Facebook fanpage, Youtube channel, linkedin, Zalo OA, etc.
  • Website administration and update: prefer someone who used to work with WordPress and Java.
  • Set social media targets and performance metrics.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities, and incorporate insights into strategy development and campaign planning.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Oversee content creation and curation, ensuring highquality, engaging, and brandaligned content that drives audience engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as product team, customer service) to align social media strategies with broader business objectives and campaigns.
  • Stay uptodate with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Coordinating with crossfunctions and third parties to ensure work results that are delivered in good quality; in a timely manner and within budget;

_ 2. Event Support_

  • Build event plan/strategy to optimize marketing event activation & raise brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to engage & develop relevant event activity.
  • Organizing all marketing materials of every event.

3. Others

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Life insurance industry and on competitor's activities to help with sales ideas, overcoming objections and product positioning.
  • Work to understand consumer behavior and engagement patterns with brand messaging.
  • Work closely with 3rd parties/ IT/ relevant departments to constantly improve UX, UI of the company's digital assets.
  • Propose initiatives to help enhance Sales & Customer Experience.
  • Identify and bring forward new innovative creative ideas to test in this market; embrace marketing technology to better deliver content across marketing channels.
  • Be in charged for monthly social media campaign/ event reports.
  • Review procedures and brand communication guidelines to achieve efficiency and excellence. Ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement.
  • Responsible for other projects as assigned by line manager.

1. Qualifications & Experience / _Trình độ học vấn & Kinh nghiệm_**- Hold college or bachelor degree or professional degree/ certification.

  • From 0507 years' experience managing social media platforms for brands, with a strong understanding of platform best practices and algorithms.

2. Skills and Competencies/ _Kỹ năng và Năng lực cá nhân_**- Experience in Social Media/Event in the insurance industry is a plus.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Good planning and implementation with project management skill.
  • Project management.
  • Creative mindset and be able for social content writing.
  • English: communication.
