Monitoring the production process according to assigned shifts
Assigning work, Preparing personnel for shifts
Daily work report to department head
Coordinating parts to manage products in accordance with the process

To assign & delegate different tasks to shift leaders and workers throughout production operation.

To understand overall planning and deadlines to achieve production targets.
To ensure that all fabrics are produced in Pre / Post treatments meet the specified specifications.
To understand how to control and operate the machines parameters in Pre & Post treatment department.
To work closely with department manager to ensure the correct production processes and parameters.
Responsible to handover & update all information related to production planning to all shift leaders & operators.
Work closely and liaise with Warehouse, Dye-Ox, Lab, Quality control, Maintenance, Merchandising & HR team members.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures in order to maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Ensures that standard quantity per shift is achieved in conformance of the established quality requirements, Production output are monitored, rejection and spoilage rate are being checked and downtimes analyzed to meet company objectives.
To Maintain inventory of chemicals, auxiliaries, and consumables to ensure no incidence of zero stock level.
Prepares manpower requisition and able to utilize manpower & other available resources to meet production requirements and on time deliveries.
Train the new operators as required.
Report any nonconformity to the superior for further action.
Perform other related duties as assigned by production managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

University Master Diploma in a technical or scientific field or relevant experience.
English communication skills, both written and verbally.
At least 2 years of experience in a production environment.
Organization of production
Planning the production schedule according to the company's plan
Motivate and motivate employees.
Take responsibility for the shift
Responsible for the progress of assigned goods
Check and monitor production activities to detect errors in a timely manner to avoid waste, saving time and money.
