• Interpret accounting and prepare analysis reports for management review.
• Assist the superior or other subordinates by providing necessary information and support required for the monthly and quarterly reports requested by the management.
• Timely submission of Tax form in compliance with tax ruling. Provide effective tax planning solutions, managing and review tax computations and related corporate tax compliance processes and attending tax enquiries.
• Liaise with banker, auditors, tax agents and internal auditors to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivables (AR) monthly processing.
• To coordinate basic stock and inventory management, yearend stock check and liaise with auditors.
• To coordinate other HR and administrative duties.
• Responsible for signing relevant audited report, tax report, bank related and other necessarily documents.
