Mô tả

Manage software development project including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management

Coordinate with Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing request
Coordinate with Technical Architect in project technical matter
Coordinate with IT/Admin department for infrastructure setup if requested: network connectivity, office space, etc.
Coordinate with QA group to define/tailoring software development process, guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes utilized and ensure the strict implementation of the process in compliance with ISO 9001 & CMM standards
Coordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients' requirements & satisfaction
Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities
Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & adhoc) To approve leave requests for all project's subordinates
Participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project's members Participate in company's soft skill training or workshop
Perform other tasks requested by BOD
Participate in client visit preparation and hosting
Bid support includes but is not limited to gathering requirements, providing estimation and planning

University degree, preferably in the IT field At least 5 years of working experience Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall...) Experience of at least one software development lifecycle and is familiar with others Experience of managing fixed price project Experience in monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept Master of at least one software development estimation method Demonstrate the ability to manage project/account complexity and size as described in Job Family Project management, Problem solving skills Fluent English to communicate directly with onshore and client Proactive, cando attitude High sense of organization and responsibility Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
