Key Responsibilities
- Set up and Manage on customer master data;
- Work with CC sales team and customers to finalize Sales Order confirmation;
- Work closely with CC sales team on improving customer satisfaction;
- Manage on sales order end to end process including:
- clarify order spec from customers and production;
- Actively working with production and logistic coordinator to ensure right time delivery;
- Actively working with 4PL provide on product delivery to customer and invoice issues;
- Receive complaint from customers and coordinate with relevant counterpart to solve the issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Manage on warranty process;
- Sales report for Ortho business;
- AR Management for Ortho business;
- Adhoc report & task requirement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree of Business administration/ foreign trade fields or related fields
- Minimum 2year experience in customer service
- Energetic and can work independently
- Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
