Job Requirements

  • Be responsible to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate distribution partners
  • Manage all aspects of sales performance, including sales volume, recruiting and training, and developing relationships with agents, partners and other parties
  • Measure performance results and report on collaboration efficiency
  • Collaborate with responsible parties to manage the contractual relationship and administer the terms of the contract.
  • Serve as the focal point for collaborating with other functional teams in information, communication and technology matters.
  • Contact with partners to ensure performance and delivery of services.

  • Update information about market standard, competitors for management
  • Understand business challenges
  • Ensure that company policies and legal guidelines are followed
Work Experience

  • Has both solid experience in sales management
  • Has strong understanding about life insurance market
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leading bank, life insurance company
  • Demonstrated analytic, strategic and technical experience in driving large scale projects/programs
