RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for the efficient / economical mass production of goods.
Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
Design the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions.
Conduct tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting / solving production problems.
Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations A Manager (M3) manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
Implement policy and strategy for shortterm results (1 year or less)
Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned.
Allow to raise voice in department meeting in order to improve process regarding to quality, productivity. Contribute to general organization development.
Directly work with customer about quality issue, report to head of department about result of quality issue and suggest the solution.
Have the right to require providing working facilities follow standard and company Policy.
Have the right to suggest discipline people when they make mistake.
Allow to raise voice, troubles while working.
