RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for the efficient / economical mass production of goods.
  • Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
  • Design the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions.
  • Conduct tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting / solving production problems.
  • Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
  • Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations A Manager (M3) manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
  • Implement policy and strategy for shortterm results (1 year or less)
  • Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
  • Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Allow to raise voice in department meeting in order to improve process regarding to quality, productivity. Contribute to general organization development.
  • Directly work with customer about quality issue, report to head of department about result of quality issue and suggest the solution.
  • Have the right to require providing working facilities follow standard and company Policy.
  • Have the right to suggest discipline people when they make mistake.
  • Allow to raise voice, troubles while working.

REQUIRMENTS:


  • Knowledge of the printing industrial, experience in heat transfer
  • Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company
  • Knowledge of color, garment industrial
