Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Development Staff to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research and provide regular updates on market supply, demand, pricing, competition, market positioning and customer trends
  • Acquire and secure new tenancies, conduct viewings and negotiations, collecting, inspecting all information to select tenants
  • Prepare draft lease documents
  • Confirm T&C and manage progress of signing contract with tenants
  • Manage and support tenant's store operation
  • Execute and manage commercial development according to Company's strategy and direction
  • Compile and prepare occupancy, rental and other lease management statistics and reports.
  • Plan for timely lease renewals with existing tenants.
  • Supervise lease administration information input, ensure proper maintenance of tenants' database.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:


Degree:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant major


Experience and skills:

  • Must have from 1 to 2 years of experience in retail business
  • Proven skills in managing leases for commercial/retail.
  • Solid understanding of federal, state and local rental regulations and compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of rental agreements.
  • Solutionoriented thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be fluent in English communication (listening, speaking, writing and reading).
