Job summary:

Successful SAP Human Capital Management encompasses all functions of personnel administration, payroll, applicant management, and personnel development.

Responsibilities:

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for

Conduct workshops to present the SAP HCM solution, as well as to identify and map user requirements.
Create a fullscale functional solution to the company's problems, focusing on the time/payroll/benefits modules.
Execute UAT, system testing, integration testing, and system configuration.
Help users out with the data migration process.
Support End users after golive.
Create English and Vietnamese versions of all deliverables.
Conduct a crossreview with other team members prior to delivery to ensure quality.
Participate in presale projects.

Experience requirements:

Experience

Minimum 3 years or more of experience as SAP HCM consultant or experience in using SAP HCM as an end user.
Have strong experience in HR fields, and prefer good understanding of Benefits, Payroll, Time management.
Having experience implementing HR software is preferable.

Skills:

Have systematic mindset, understand software implementation methodology.
Good communication in English in terms of speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills.
Good at time management.
Able to work under pressure environment.
Good team player, selfmotivated, good selfstudy.
