What We Can Offer:

Provide optimized design of structures, including structural arrangement, structural calculation and connection design, both in steel and in concrete with limited instruction from more senior engineer.
Give technical guidance to less experienced engineers, or review their product as needed during project execution.
Provide budget estimation based on available input.
Complete the assigned work independently within the agreed budget and schedule with quality as required.
Communicate within the team and with other teams to ensure the quality maintained throughout project including technical coordination with other parties within the organization.
Identify project scope or design changes, or other issues which could adversely affect project cost or schedule, promptly to the Lead Engineer.
Participate and support training, career development activities, and assessments to improve engineering competencies.
Feedback, give initiatives or work with other teams on specific initiatives to increase the productivity and efficiency of specific task or for the whole team.
Any other task as instructed by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Structural Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position with above mentioned tasks.
Experience in international working environment.
Experience in heavy industrial projects/ BIM applied projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge about international design standards (Eurocodes, ASCE, AISC, ACI, etc.
Capability in connection design, both between steels and steelconcrete.
Able to conduct onjob training.
Able to write reports and technical proposals or solution.
Able to conduct a technical discussion and communicate technically in English (verbal & written).
Basic skill of Tekla Structures.
Proficient skill of structural analysis tools: SAP2000, Staad Pro, Tekla Structural Designer.
Basic skill of connection design tools: LIMCON, Ram Connection, Idea Statica.
Knowledge about the fabrication, erection and construction methods is an advantage.
Programming skill is an advantage.
German, French or Spanish language is an advantage.
