PIXTA Vietnam established in Hanoi in 2016 as the biggest branch of PIXTA Group, PIXTA Vietnam has scaled up to a team of 60 people.

Our goal is to hire skillful and passionate
IT helpdesk who are keen on:


Your scope of work

• IT support tasks:
• Internet management (firewall, network equipment,)
• Manage internal server systems and equipment
• Be trained to support SRE tasks namely: working with AWS services (EC2, Opsworks, RDS, S3, ES, Lambda, ); prepare and maintain documentation of systems, standards, configurations, and procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• New graduates with IT/Computer Network major or equivalent
• Have knowledge and basic skills of Linux (especially Ubuntu/ Amazon Linux)
• Have a background in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP )
• Have good communication skills
• Be a team player who has good responsibility and good problemsolving skills
• Be able to communicate, read and write in English (especially on writing and reading the technical document)

Nice to have:

• Proficient in one or more scripting/programming languages
• Understanding of SRE philosophies
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
